Missions & Outreach
“Go!” (Luke 10:3a)
The purpose of Missions & Outreach is to share the Gospel with our neighbors, state and world AND support our local ministries and foreign missionaries.

Missions and Outreach
Mission Trips – are designed to encourage the NEPC congregation to further their involvement in support of missionaries and in the fulfillment of the Great Commission. NEPC takes mission trips annually to all parts of the globe. We go to Nicaragua in January and Kenya in February. Other trips include Asia several times a year, Romania, Argentina and Israel.
Christmas Outreach – is a mercy ministry to selected families in the Northeast area to provide a Christmas meal and gifts as a means of showing Christ’s love.
Sports Outreach – is an outreach to the varsity football teams in Richland II high schools. Volunteers assist in providing the pre–game meal, devotions and encouragement to the team and coaches.
Missions Sunday – is held in the fall each year. It highlights the various mission trips that are available, focusing especially on any new mission fields. Adult NEPC members who attend the luncheon are eligible to win a partial scholarship for any mission trip in which they would like to participate.
